Engraving can be done inside most rings and outside on some wedding bands. You can choose from several fonts and special characters for your message. We also offer hand engraving for specialized items.
We offer ring sizings for all rings we sell and many others as well. Cost is determined by the complexity of the ring and whether the ring is going up or down in size. Turn around time is one to two weeks.
Yes all contact can be done through you only via email or phone and any adjustments to size can be done after you have presented the ring..
We recommend purchasing a small home use heated digital ultrasonic cleaner for best results. This cleaner can fit easily on a bathroom counter and be used daily.

Our diamonds come from many vendors all who strictly follow the Kimberly Process and guarantee the diamonds to be conflict free.
After our initial meeting the Computer Generated Images are usually available within a week. If any changes need to made they generally take a day or two. Once we have final approval the piece is completed in one week.
All custom design sales are final. Merchandise in stock can be exchanged for 30 days.
We recommend using your homeowners insurance for any jewelry damage and repairs.
We offer a full 100% trade in of your old diamond jewelry towards any new diamond purchase of equal additional value.

We have ring sizers in the office to determine finger sizes. If we need to we can ship you sizers to try at home.
